Houston Food Bank
What: Volunteering to help unpack, sort, and pack food for the Houston Food Bank
When: Saturday, Sept 27 at 1-4 PM.

This event sign up is managed by the Houston Food Bank Adults must register via the Houston Food Bank website *Each parent will also be responsible to print, fill out, and bring the attached waivers for each child/adult attending with them to the event.*
Notes:
Volunteers under the age of 14 must complete a Minor Waiver Form signed by a parent or guardian and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the shift.
All volunteers under the age of 18 also need a completed Minor Waiver Form signed by a parent or guardian.
CLOSED-TOE SHOES REQUIRED - casual dress, long pants (preferred), t-shirt with sleeves. Bring work gloves if desired.

Adventure Camp
McNair Adventure Camp: Scouts and their family members will enjoy an exciting variety of activities. Trained Certified Staffers will provide program supplies and will lead the activities. Admission covers (4) four meals for all (Sat. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner & Sun. Breakfast) and the Scout’s activity supplies plus a patch for the Scouts! For meals concerns please contact Mr. Geno Aguilar geno.aguilar@scouting.org 713-756-3304 - 30 days prior to your camping date.
Everyone is invited, bring your siblings!
This event is hosted by the council, they charge a fee to cover the cost of food and activity supplies.
Cost: Scouts and registered leaders are free, all non registered adults and sibling 5 and older $50.00 Siblings under 5 yrs old may attend for FREE! Please make payment to Zelle@cubpack1776.org
Volunteers: Adults can be free if they volunteer to work as program Staff for some of the events.

Trail of Treats: There will be a spooky candy trail setup for the kids on Saturday night, so bring your costumes and candy bags

Trail to Troop - Webelos and AOL Scouts
What: Trail to Troop is a fun and energetic campout for Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts (4th and 5th graders) and their parents to experience what awaits them in Scouting. Scouts will have an opportunity to visit with troop Scouts and leaders.
