Annual Medical Form:
A new medical form needs to be filled out for everyone (Scouts, Parents, and siblings) that will be attending Camping events.

Please print the completed form out and bring it to a den or pack meeting!

Cost: All Scouts, registered leaders, non-registered adults and siblings age 5 and older $20.00; Siblings under 5 yrs old may attend for FREE!
