Den Leadership

In Cub Scout packs, Akela is a symbol of wisdom, authority, and leadership. Akela is anyone who acts as a leader to the Scouts. Akela can be a Cubmaster, Den Leader, Teacher or Parent depending on where the guidance takes place.
